TERMS & CONDITIONS
Collaborations begin with clarity. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent workflow between the artist and Northsinc throughout the project process.

PROJECT TERMS
We do not accept projects that target religion, caste, or color, promote extremism, or contribute to social unrest in any form. If any such issue is found during the project, the Producer will pause work until it is resolved. If it cannot be resolved, the Producer will terminate the project and retain all project files.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Before the project begins, an initial discussion is held over Google Meet or Zoom to understand the project's requirements, creative direction, and overall expectations.After the discussion, the Artist must review and sign a Project Proposal and complete the advance payment. The Proposal outlines the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration and avoid misunderstandings.The remaining payment must be cleared before mixing and mastering, after the final edited draft is delivered.

REVISIONS
The Producer offers flexible revisions during the active production and mixing stages to help achieve the desired result. However, after completing the instrumental, recording, and editing stages, only three editing revisions are included during the mixing and mastering stage for any given changes to the instrumental, vocals, and related elements.

TIMELINES
The projects are completed within 15–20 days, provided session dates are finalized and coordination is smooth. Any delays, revisions, or bounced work may extend the timeline. Also, we do not guarantee strict deadlines, as every project requires a different creative process.

RECORDING SESSIONS
Recording sessions are exclusively held at Meraki Recording Studio and must be booked in advance after the instrumental is finalized. If the Artist chooses another studio, it must be approved beforehand, and the artist will be responsible for the recording quality, studio charges, scheduling, and all other arrangements.

CREDITS
The Producer (Northsinc) must receive appropriate credits, included in release metadata, distribution details, and official release materials wherever the platform supports production credits.

FILE RESPONSIBILITY
Project files will be retained for 3 months after final delivery. After that, the Artist is responsible for storing and backing up all files. While Northsinc may keep archives, long-term storage and file recovery are not guaranteed.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
The Artist retains full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all lyrics, compositions, melodies, concepts, recordings, and other materials originally provided by the Artist. Ownership of the completed production and all final deliverables will transfer to the Artist upon receipt of full payment.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Artist is responsible for ensuring that any lyrics, samples, vocals, compositions, or other materials they provide do not infringe third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. The Producer is not responsible for any legal claims, takedowns, or monetization issues resulting from such materials.

CANCELLATION
The Producer may cancel the project at any stage if necessary. The Artist will receive a refund for any work that has not yet been completed, or a full refund if the project has not started.
The Artist may also cancel the project at any time with written notice. However, once production has begun, payments are non-refundable, and any unfinished drafts, sessions, or project files may be withheld.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
After final delivery, the producer shall not be held responsible for matters relating to music distribution platforms, copyright disputes, royalty collection, monetization systems, publishing administration, third-party licensing, release delays, or other external commercial activities connected to the project.

REFUND POLICY
At the start of the project, a direction preview is created to set the overall sound and creative vibe. If the direction doesn't match the artist's vision during the draft stage (within the agreed revisions), a refund is given at that early point.Once the draft is approved and the project enters full production — recording, mixing, mastering — refunds are no longer available. By that stage, the time, creative effort, and resources put in make the payment non-refundable.
